Data Quality/ Speed/ Cost
Ensure for data collection process to comply with SOP and meeting the agreed KPIs
Responsible for field supervision and monitor progress and quality of work to achieve productivity targets
Ensure all project deliverables are met as planned within agreed timelines, quality and cost.

Operations:
Manage the data collection for Retail Census / Trade Dimension / NSO and other ad hoc projects. Planning and budgeting, coordinating with DA area leaders and other related departments to roll out the project and resolve project issues, on top of project progress and be responsible for project quality.
Plan and organize field project in relation to schedule, allocating quota and research materials
Responsible for preparation of quotations and costing for new projects
Do field visit frequently to improve market knowledge from time to time
Provide solutions to work problems faced by junior field associate
Highlight potential issues with field work proactively and address them to ensure the team meets the final objective.

People management
Maintain discipline and uplift team member morale.
Develop team members as part of the succession plan.
Set objectives and monitor performance for the team e.g. measure and monitor all Quality indexes e.g. missing store, rejected store; non-confirmative store and number of re-run / re-work caused by mistakes in Data Collection
Ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilize effective disciplinary actions when appropriate
Address professional development goals and needs of direct reports
Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedure.

Process management
Co-ordinate with other departments to clarify project related problems / issues in order to ensure that instructions are carried out correctly.
Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.

Technical Counseling:
Demonstrate the proactive management and response to all internal clients’ daily requests / issues / inquiries; ensure that responses are timely, with a maximum 3 day response time for all inquiries.
Provide training on planning, organizing, costing and first-line management skills to Operations Executive / Coordinator on a frequently basis Qualifications and Education Requirements
